Through practical construction examples, the composition of type CRTS-Ⅱ non-ballast tracks, and the structural composition of the reinforced concrete bottom slab are briefed in the paper, with great stress placed on the introduction to the functions and composition of, and the main construction techniques for the temporary end thorns of the reinforced concrete bottom slab. The paper may serve as a useful reference for the popularization of type-CRTS-Ⅱ non-ballast track slabs in high-speed railways in our country.
