小乳腺癌的能量多普勒声像图表现

Demonstration of Power Doppler Ultrasonography Imaging in Small Breast Cancer

目的探讨小乳腺癌的能量多普勒超声的表现及其诊断价值,提高小乳腺癌的诊断正确率。方法对经手术病理证实的40例<1 cm的小乳腺癌高频超声及彩色和能量多普勒血流特点进行分析,与病理进行对照研究。结果小乳腺癌的高频超声多数表现为不典型的"中间型",少数表现为恶性特征。30/40(75%)的小乳腺癌能量多普勒表现为穿支血流,其它表现为点状或条带状血流。阻力指数RI>0.75说明病变的恶性程度。结论能量多普勒超声在小乳腺癌的诊断中具有特征性表现,对小乳腺癌具有很高的诊断和鉴别诊断价值。

Objective To explore the value and appearances of Power Doppler Uhrasonography in the small breast cancers so as to improve the diagnosis accuracy rate. Methods Forty cases with small breast cancer were checked and analyzed by Power Doppler ultrasonic, the biggest diameter of which was under 1 cm identified with pathology. Results Most appearances of high frequency ultrasonic image was atypical ＂ median type＂, and few ones appeared malignant characteristics image. Thirty cases of small breast cancers （30/40,75 % ）revealed penetrating flexural flows on power Doppler imaging, and the others appeared punctuate or strip - thinning. Index （RI） 〉 0. 75 showed the malignant degree of pathological changes. Conclusion Power Doppler ultrasonic had characteristic appearances, and which is much valuable in differential diagnosis and diagnosis of small breast cancers.
