老年急性白血病临床探讨

Clinical Analysis of Acute Leukemia in the Elderly

目的探讨老年人急性白血病(AL)患者的临床发病特点及疗效。方法分析30例老年急性白血病患者的临床资料,包括临床特征、骨髓象、染色体、免疫分型、基础疾病及化疗的缓解率。结果30例患者经化疗后完全缓解(CR)3例,部分缓解(PR)9例,未缓解(NR)18例,有效率40%。结论老年急性白血病临床表现不典型,对化疗耐受力差,易产生耐药现象,感染发生率高,完全缓解率低。目前尚无早期诊断和治疗老年AL的有效措施,呼吁重视此方面的研究。

Objective To explore the clinical characterristics and treatment outcome in 30 cases with acute leukemia in the elderly. Methods The clinical data of 30 elderly patients with AI were reviewed including clinical characterristics BM appearance , chromosome, immunophenotype, underlying diseases and complete remission （CR） rate of chemotherapy. Results Total 30 cases patients were given chemotherapy , symptoms of 12 cases were relieved, while the other 18 cases were not. The remission rate was 40%. Conclusion Clinical characteristics with acute leukemia in the elder persons is not typicall . Illness itself is more likely to be resistant to treatment. At present , there are not sarisfactory strategies to diagnose and treat efficiently elderly AL patients in the early stage.
