郯城县生态经济型银杏现状及发展设想

CURRENT SITUATION AND DEVELOPMENT CONSIDERATION ON GINKGO PRODUCTION IN TANCHENG COUNTY

郯城县系全国著名的银杏之乡。银杏生产作为该县经济发展的战略重点，取得了明显的经济效益、生态效益和社会效益，形成了具有动态平衡功能的银杏生态经济系统。实现这一目标的途径一是本着资源优势，实行基地化生产；二是立足国际市场，大力发展外向型经济；三是依靠科学技术，提高银杏产业化水平。出现了以农田林网为主，网、带、片、点相结合，用材林、防护林、采叶林、果用林相结合的综合模式，银粮（菜）间作立体种植模式和银杏科技模式。该文还就发展生态经济型银杏提出了扬长避短、发挥优势、因地制宜、分类指导，要有科技的密切配合，种、加、贸统筹安排一齐上，科学地、实事求是地宣传等若干设想。

Tancheng county is famous for its ginkgo production, which is the focal point of economy development of the county. The obvious economic benefit, ecological economic system with development balance has formed in the county. The methods for realizing the target are :1) utilizing resource superiority through base production; 2) based upon international market, developing export-oriented economy; 3) upgrading the industrialization level of ginkgo on science and technology. The culture model which integrated group and massive plantations, shelterbelt and network in crop field as a whole with the later as a backbone, and combined together with the ginkgo forests for timber, protection, leaf production and fruit production, the model of stereo-intercropping ginkgo with cereals (vegetables), and the model of the developing ginkgo production on science and technology have been put forward. Some suggestions for improving ginkgo production have been made in this paper.
