摘要
聚乳酸具有良好的生物相容性、生物降解性和生物吸收性,广泛应用于缓释药物载体、手术缝合线、骨折内固定材料等生物医学领域和农业、工业包装等领域。该文综述了生物可降解材料聚乳酸的间接合成法、直接合成法和共聚法等及其研究进展,并总结了聚乳酸类生物材料在药物控释体系、骨组织工程、手术缝合线和塑料包装等领域的主要应用和研究进展,最后对聚乳酸生物材料未来的研究方向提出了展望,认为聚乳酸类生物材料将成为21世纪最重要的生物高分子材料之一。
Polylactic acid possessing excellent biocompatibility, degradability and absorbability is extensively applied in biomaterials such as drug delayed release carrier, resorbable medical suture, fracture inner fixation devices and in agriculture and industrial packing. In the persent paper, research progress and synthesis methods including indirect polymerization, direct polymerization and copolymerization methods are summarized. And the applied areas of polylactides biodegradable materials in drug controlled release system, bone tissue engineering, suture and plastic packing are summed up. Finally, the prospect of polylactides biodegradable materials is put forwarded.
