摘要
嗜酸细胞性食管炎（Eosinophilic Esophagitis，EE）是一种以食管壁有嗜酸性粒细胞浸润为特征的炎症性疾病，常表现为吞咽困难、餐后恶心、呕吐、腹痛及腹泻，可出现成人体重下降或婴幼儿成长障碍。本病临床罕见，国内病例较少，且临床表现及辅助检查均无特异性，故极易误诊。
