关节镜下半腱肌腱与股薄肌腱重建前十字韧带的临床研究

Clinical research on the arthroscopic semitendinosus-gracilis tendon autograft for reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament

目的探讨关节镜下Endobutton固定网股腘绳肌腱重建膝关节前交叉韧带的治疗效果。方法镜下四股腘绳肌重建膝关节前交叉韧带87例。术前MRI证实膝关节前交叉韧带断裂，术中关节镜下均证实膝关节前交叉韧带断裂，四股腘绳肌重建用Endobutton固定。结果随访10个月，无1例打软腿，假交锁症状消失，关节痛消失。x线见内固定物与术后一致，无移位。Lysholm膝关节功能评分：术前平均59．1，随访评分93．6。结论镜下四股腘绳肌重建膝关节前交叉韧带临床效果好，并发症少，手术时间短。

Objectiv To study the surgical treatment for arthroseopic reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament（ACL） with semitendinosus. Methds 87 cases of ACL rupture were arthroscopic reconstructed.All the patients received MRI before operation,and the diagnosis were certified by arthroscopic examination.The semiteninosus grafts were fixed by button plate.Results The average follow-up was 10 months.No lnstbility and interlocking was found and all the pain disappeared No extention limitation occurred. X-ray exam inationi indicated no shifting of graft. Lysholm knee function value as 59.1before operation and 93.6 in follow-up time. Conclusion The clinical effect of arthroscopic reconstruction of ACL using sem-itend inosus is good with short operative time and few complication.
