摘要
目的调查浙江省丽水市狂犬病病毒在动物宿主中的感染率,为防制该病提供科学依据。方法收集丽水市狂犬病疫区犬和猫的脑组织标本,用DFA和RT-PCR方法分别检测狂犬病病毒抗原及核酸,确定阳性标本。结果犬脑组织阳性标本9份,分动物宿主类别时其阳性率为6.72%,不分动物宿主类别时其阳性率为6.16%,猫脑组织中未检出阳性标本。结论首次在丽水市用免疫学和分子生物学方法进行狂犬病病毒的实验室检测,狂犬病病毒在丽水狂犬病疫区的动物宿主(尤其是犬)之间相互传播,犬狂犬病疫情存在扩散的现象。
Objective To investigate the infection rate of the rabies virus among the animal hosts in Lishui city and to provide the scientific evidence for prevention and control of rabies. Methods Brain specimens of dogs and cats were collected from the pestilential region of Lishui city. Rabies virus antigen was detected by direct fluorescent antibody method (DFA) and its nucleic acid was measured by nested polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Results 9 dog brain specimens from all of the specimens were infected with rabies virus. The positive rate was 6. 72% in dogs and was 6. 16% in all animal hosts. No positive eat- brain specimens were detected. Conclusion Immunologic and molecular biological methods were first used for the detection of rabies virus in Lishui city. Rabies virus transmission occurred among the animal hosts ( especially among the dogs) in the pestilential region of Lishui city. Dog rabies epidemic was rising.
