幼儿教师职业压力的现状与对策 被引量:10

摘要 教师职业压力研究已经成为全球教育研究的热点,幼儿教师作为一个特殊的群体也承受着一定程度的压力。本研究采用问卷调查、访谈等方法对广州市几所幼儿园进行了幼儿教师职业压力的调查研究。研究发现,当前幼儿教师承受着极大的压力,总的来说来自于两个方面,其一是外在因素,主要有保育事故、教育改革的压力、工作繁重、待遇低、社会地位低、人际关系等;此外,幼儿教师的自我期望值和幼儿教师过低的能力素质也是造成职业压力过高的原因。因此,社会、幼儿园和教师自身都应该正确地对待幼儿教师的职业压力问题。 Research on the stress of teachers has become the hot topic of study in all the countries of the world. As a special group, preschool teachers endure stress to some extent. In this study we use the stress rating questionnaire .and accessing list to investigate the stress of the preschool teachers in several preschools in Guang zhou. It has been found that the current kindergarten teachers bear a great deal of pressure, in general from two aspects. The first is from external factors, mainly, the childcare accident, the reform pressure, heavy workload, low pay, low social status, interpersonal relations, etc. Secondly, the self - expectations of kindergarten teachers and their low quality are also a cause of stress. Therefore, the society, kindergartens and the teachers themselves should have a correct attitude toward their stress
