中国西部地区中等职业教育发展现状及问题分析——基于2004年中职生数量规模分析

The Status and Problems of Development of Secondary Vocational Education in Western Region of China ： An Analysis on The Scale of Student＇s Quantity in 2004

中等职业教育是实施西部农村劳动力转移，农村实用人才的培训工程。但是从学生数量规模看，西部地区中等职业教育滞后于东部地区和全国平均水平；滞后于西部地区普通高中的发展；同时在西部省际间发展也不均衡。西部各级政府应该把职业教育作为经济社会发展的重要基础和教育工作的战略重点，采取有效的措施，推动职业教育健康持续发展。

Western governments at all levels should make secondary vocational education as an important economic and social development of foundation, the strategic points of education. To adopt effective measures and promote it develop rapidly.
