我国中小学课程领导实践之回眸——课程领导面临困境之思

摘要 课程领导代表着国际课程理论研究的新趋势,它打破原有的等级制度的限制,促进学校文化的再造,课程建设参与的更加广泛。在实践中,我们又遇到了几点困境:校长自身的局限性,教师作用的边缘化,学校文化的保守性。基于我们以上面对的几种困境,我尝试着提了一下建议:理性思考课程领导理论本身,科学融合现代和后现代课程模式,合理选择社会参与系统体系,充分实施教师课程领导理念,大力推进学校文化建设。 The course leadership represents the new trend of the research in the international course theories, it breaks the restriction of original caste system, and give the school culture a new llfe, many people participate the course construction more extensively. In the fulfillment, we met again some predicament: the President's limitation by himself, the marginalization of teacher's function, the conservation of the school culture. According to above, I tried to give some suggestion: thinking reasonably course leadership theories, fusing scientifically modern and the empress modern course mode, choosing rationally society participating system, carrying out the logos of teacher course leadership, pushing strongly to the school cultural construction.
