谁为教师的生命幸福作主?——论当代中学教师追求生命幸福的重要条件

摘要 在基础教育改革实践中,中学教师肩负着来自社会诸方面的厚望,同时与学生们一起承受着中、高考的压力。然而,当前的中学教师群体普遍处于亚健康状态、存在着职业倦怠。教师的生存状况需要改善,这是保障基础教育质量的必要条件;而且,在“解放理性’钹普遍认可的当代,教师作为与学生具有同样意义的“人”的存在,他们的生命幸福理应受到同样的关照。教师对生命幸福的追求,需要教师主体对教育事业的热忱信念、精湛的专业素养:也需要社会、学校为教师提供必要的环境、资源,这是当代教育发展的需要,也是教育为使人、人类社会变得更加美好的理性表征。 In the practice of the basic education reform, the teachers of the secondary school shoulder the high expeetion from every social aspects and stay with the students in the college entrance examination However, the current group of the secondary school teachers generally have a sub-healthy state and burnout. Teachers need to improve the living conditions, it is essential to protect the quality of the basic education; and, in the "liberation of reason" widely recognized today, as the same significance of the "person" there, the teachers" living happiness sould be the same care. Teachers in the pursuit of happiress living need the main cause of enthusiasm for education and faith. Superb professional and need the social. School provide with the reelessary environment. This is the contemporary development of education and the needs for education for the people, human society a better place in a rational characterization.
