摘要
采用盆栽试验对不同土壤干旱条件下冬小麦拔节期叶片碳代谢进行了研究。结果表明,拔节期株高、地上部干重、根干重、总生物量、叶片叶绿素含量、蒸腾速率和光合速率均随土壤水分的减少而呈降低趋势;根冠比、叶片可溶性糖含量及水分利用效率均呈增加趋势。
This paper investigated the leaf carbon metabolism of wheat cultivar Jimai21 during jointing stage in a pot experiment with different soil drought conditions. The results showed that plant height,above-ground dry weight, root dry weight, total biomass, leaf transpiration rate and photosynthetic rate decreased with the decrease of soil water,but the R/S,leaf soluble sugar content ,water use efficiency increased at the same time.
