摘要
分离鉴定了引起双孢菇干泡病的病原菌菌生轮枝菌(Vercitillium fungicola),并采用生长速度法测定了不同的杀菌剂对轮枝菌菌丝生长的影响。结果表明:不同杀菌剂对菌生轮枝菌菌丝生长都有一定抑制作用,其中500~2000倍的施保功或500~1500倍的使百功能够完全抑制菌生轮枝菌菌丝生长。建议防治菌生轮枝菌干泡病的适宜杀菌剂为1500倍的使百功。
Verticillium dry bubble disease is the common fungal disease of commercial mushroom Agaricus bisporus. The pathogen Verticilliurn fungicola was isolated and identified. The in vitro responses of its pathogen,Verticillium fungicola,were examined against five fungicides. The result demonstrated that all these compounds had the inhibitory function on the pathogen. Among the inhibitors,500--2 000 diluted Spogen or 500--1 500 diluted SHIBAIGONG could completely inhibit the mycelial growth of Verticillium fungicola. It is advised that the suitable fungicide and dilution is 1 500 diluted SHIBAIGONG to control Verticillium dry bubble disease.
