摘要 采用梯度稀释法对23份土样进行筛选,共获得114株不同类型且长势良好的细菌,其中8株细菌对西瓜枯萎病病菌的拮抗性能较好。对此8株细菌进行革兰氏染色,有7株为革兰氏阳性菌;进行芽孢染色,其中6株细菌产生芽孢。 One hundred and fourteen bacterium strains were isolated from twenty-three soil samples,of which eight strains showed high antagonistic effect against Fusariurn oxysporum f. sp. niveum. The physiological and biochemical characteristics of the eight strains were tested. The resuits showed that seven strains were gram positive bacteria and six strains were spore-forming bacteria. All screened bacteria produced antagonistic substances inhibiting the pathogen growth of watermelon wilt and there was no direct relationship between spore-forming and antagonism.
