阐述了城市面对的严峻震情和震灾,介绍了国际社会城市防震减灾的理念和思路,并着重论述了我国城市防震减灾工作的主要内容及减轻城市灾害的有效途径。
Severe urban seismic condition and earthquake disasters are expounded and theories and thoughts of national urban earthquake preparedness and disaster reduction are introduced. The main content and effective ways of urban earthquake preparedness and disaster reduction in China are discussed emphatically.
