对突发性公共卫生事件的种类、特性进行了论述并指出了其对人类的危害。指出了如何提高对突发性公共卫生事件的处置能力。
The kinds and characteristics of emergent public health events are expounded and their harm to human is described. The measures for improving ability to emergent public health events are put forward.
