摘要
盘查权是人民警察的一项重要职权,但是它的法律依据、盘查时间的限制、范围的确定以及警察进行盘查的判断标准和对盘查的救济措施,都存在立法的不合理或者粗疏问题,解决上述问题有利于我国警察盘查制度的完善。
The questioning power is the police＇s important authority. But the legislation is unreasonable or careless including the aspecs： legal basis, the time＇s limit of questioning, the determination of scope, questioning of the judgment standard and the reliefmeasures of questioning. If we solve the above problems it will be advantageous in police questions system in our country.
