摘要
根据NDV、IBV二各病毒混合毒种的最适稀释比例,将混合毒种接种9-10龄鸡胚尿囊腔内(简称同胚培养),使接种鸡胚96h二种病毒毒价同时达到高峰,0.01ml尿囊液含:NDV≥10^8EID50、IBV≥10^7EID50。收获同胚培养的胚毒,制备同胚培养的胚毒,制备油乳剂灭活疫苗。用三批疫苗分别免疫18日龄雏鸡,免疫后4周二联疫苗的有效抗体分别为:ND血凝抑制抗体(HI)≥1:16。
NDV and IBV were mixed according to the optimal dilution proportion, then the viruses were inoculated into chicken embryos at 9 or 10-dayage. the titres of two viruses both reached the peak at 96h, the allantoic fluid contained NDV≥108EID50 and IBV ≥107EID50 per 0. 1 ml. The viruses were harvested, and the inactivated oil-adjuvant vaccines were prepared. The chickens were vaccinated at 18-day-age,ail chickens had HI titres of ND ≥1:16 and neutralizing antibody of IB≥l:8 in 4 weeks after vaccination. The duration of immunity lasted 16 weekd, and the protection rate was 8/8(ND) and 6/8(IB) respectively.
