新型S篦冷机的研制与设计

Experimental study and design of new S type grate cooler

新型S篦冷机从2006年开始研发工作,其中借鉴了成都建材院大量的国内、外工程实践,总结了第三代篦冷机的各项技术数据,结合新型篦冷机的技术要求,从理论上进行了多方面的探讨以及机理方面的研究,并投入大量资金首先完成了1:2模型试验装置的建设,经过初步试验获得基本数据,然后再按实际1:1比例建成仿真试验装置及流量自动调节器试验装置,用真实熟料进行实物模拟工业试验来探索最佳工艺及机械性能参数,经过试验现已经掌握了大量数据,为新型S篦冷机的产品定型设计奠定了坚实的基础。新型S篦冷机在试验优化后,其技术指标已完全达到第四代篦冷机的性能。

Based on a great deal of practical experiences frown CDI's real project achievements home and abroad,study and development works for new S type grate cooler was started in the year of 2006. After summarizing various technical data for the third generation grate cooler,and combined with the technical requirement of new type grate cooler,research in theoretical aspects and study on mechanical aspects were conducted.A lot of funds have been put in firstly to establish a model experimental device in the scale of 1:2 for obtaining fundamental data through a series of preliminary tests,and then imitative experimental device and automatic flow-rate regulating devices were built in the scale of 1:1 for searching optimized process parameters and mechanical performance data by means of industrial mimic test using real clinker materials.Now,a number of data have been obtained after experiments,which has laid solid foundations for manufacturing design of the new S type grate cooler.After further tests and optimization,the technical performances of this new S type grate cooler can wholly reach to the property targets of the fourth generation grate cooler.
