摘要
立磨运行中,磨辊非为自然状态施加粉磨力,而是依靠液气弹性杠杆系统作用,既保证施加一定(大小可调)的粉磨力,又使磨辊像悬挂在一个弹簧上,能够适应料床不同厚度的变化,将磨机运行时产生的振动能量最大程度地吸收,同时使粉磨力基本保持不变,保证粉磨过程的连续稳定,并且便于自动实现磨机启停过程的升降辊功能。针对粉磨不同性质的物料,通过调节液压系统设定不同的粉磨力和弹性刚度,以使磨机(生产线)能够适应粉磨不同的物料,处于最佳粉磨状态。
During roller mill operation,the grinding forces are not spontaneously generated by roller weight itself,but also by a hydraulic and pneumatic system for providing a certain grinding force,which can be easily adjusted by the system.The rollers are likely suspended on a spring system,which makes them to fit different material layer thickness with the constant demanded grinding force,to observe vibration energy as far as possible and to keep the mill running in stable conditions,Besides,this system can easily execute lifting up or lowering down the rollers when the mill start or stop operation.To set different grinding forces and elastic stiffness by means of regulating the hydraulic system,the mill system will be suitable to grind different materials in its optimized grinding conditions.
