摘要
针对水泥分解炉控制过程所具有的非线性和时滞性的特点,设计了以工控机为核心的分解炉喂煤、送风控制系统。本系统的主要特点是:工控机对三次风流量和煤粉流量采取预测控制,以避免分解炉温度纯滞后的影响,另外,系统利用电动执行器对阀门开度进行调节,提高了流量阀的控制精度,同时,采用煤粉流量控制回路和三次风流量控制回路实现了对分解炉进行稳定准确地喂煤和送风。实践证明,该控制系统稳定可靠,控制效果良好,满足了生产工艺的要求。
Control system to coal feeding and tertiary airflow for precalciner is developed with core device of process-controlling computer,which is suitable to the features of nonlinear and time-delay in process control to precalciner.The notable feature of the system is that the predictive control ideas are accepted to air-flow and coal-flow control to avoid the influence of temperature delay in precalciner. Besides,the valve openness will be regulated by electric actuators to raise the accuracy of flow-rate,and controlling loops for coal powder flow and tertiary air flow are used to realize stable and exact coal feeding and air flow to the precalciner.It has been proven in practice that this controlling system is stable and reliable with good controlling results,which can meet the requirement of productive process.
