On Design of an Infrared Image Acquisition System Based on PXI Architecture

摘要 红外成像导引头的调试通常需要同时获得导引头采集到的红外图像数据和导引头状态信息,传统的采集系统只能将红外图像和状态数据分别进行采集,给调试和分析带来不便并容易引入误差。文章介绍了基于PXI体系结构的红外图像采集系统的设计方法和实现方案,该方法将图像数据和状态数据编码到同一数据帧内,通过设计专用图像数据转换板和相机文件,使用IMAQ PXI-1422图像采集卡将数据采集到计算机内,实现对红外图像及导引头各状态变量并行的高速采集。通过在某型红外导引头实验平台上的测试,该系统在极大缩减测试仪器规模的情况下,能有效地完成对图像及各种状态信号的采集,并提供丰富的测试、调试功能,具有较高的工程参考价值。 In engineering, infrared image data and status data need to be gathered during the test of infrared imaging seeker, in the traditional method, image data and the status data are gathered separately, causing inconvenience and error. In this paper, a design method and an implementation scheme of the infrared image acquisition are proposed. In this method, the infrared image data and the status data are coded in the same data frame which is transmitted from the infrared image seeker to the acquisition system. Then by designing an image data transforming board and a camera file,the frame data that include the image data and status data is acquired through PXI-1422 image acquisition board, realizing the acquisition of image data anad status data at the same time. Finally the system test is done on the platform of an infrared imaging seeker. The results show that this imaging system can continually acquire ,save and show the real-time high-speed infrared image data together with the status data. The system performs reliably and effeetively.
