农用地生产力影响因素定量研究——以北京市平谷区为例

Study on the factors of influencing farmland productivity——A case of Pinggu Beijing

以北京市平谷区的农用地利用类型为研究对象,以单位面积上农户的资本、劳动投入及土地自然质量为自变量,以总产值为因变量,分别建立果园、大田和菜地的生产函数,对影响土地生产力的自然因素和社会经济因素进行综合分析。结果表明,不同投入要素对农用地生产力的重要性是不同的,生产者应根据各要素的重要程度对有限的生产要素进行合理配置,方能取得较好的经济效益。

Pinggu district was selected as representative region. The indicators were screened out from biophysical factors and socioeconomical factors. Production functions about fruit fannland, cropland and vegetable plot were established separately consulting Cobb- Douglas production function and taked the farmers＇ capital, labor in unit area and farmland natural quality as the independent variable and the total output value of concrete lands as the dependent variable. The results indicated that farmland productivity was deeply affected by farmland quality and socio--economlcal factors. The importance of each input factor for farmland productivity was different.
