雷公藤多甙对IgA肾病小鼠肾皮质PDGF-B及受体表达的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究雷公藤多甙对IgA肾病小鼠肾皮质PDGF-B、PDGFR-B基因表达的影响。方法:复制IgAN小鼠模型,用雷公藤多甙进行干预后,运用实时定量PCR(Real-time PCR)检测各组小鼠肾皮质中PDGF-B(血小板衍生生长因子B)及PDGFR-B(血小板衍生生长因子B受体)基因表达情况。结果:IgA肾病模型小鼠肾皮质组织中PDGF-B及PDGFR-B均高表达。雷公藤多甙能抑制IgAN肾皮质中PDGFR-B的基因表达,对肾皮质中PDGF-B基因表达的抑制不明显。结论:雷公藤多甙对IgAN小鼠肾组织中介导系膜增生的PDGF-PDGFR-S1P-EDG通路的影响,可能不是直接作用于PDGF-B,而是通过抑制其受体(PDGFR)来启动和实现的。
