摘要
针对硫酸钾行业市场及生产技术状况,研究如何合理利用钾资源,采用合适的生产方法,降低硫酸钾的生产成本。在分析目前硫酸钾的主要生产技术工艺特点的基础上,提出对现有的生产方法进行改进,采用先进的生产技术,推广节能降耗措施;探讨如何从中国的资源综合利用出发,扬长避短,依据资源优势,选择原料路线和方法。中国石膏资源丰富,既有丰富的天然石膏矿产资源,又有大量的工业副产磷石膏资源,可重点发展磷石膏及大型石膏矿制硫酸钾项目,从提高产品质量和收率、降低生产成本、实施清洁生产工艺等角度,对石膏制硫酸钾技术进行改进。
In allusion to the market situation and production technical position of potassium sulfate industry, how to use the potassium resources reasonably and how to adopt the appropriate production method to reduce the production cost of potassium sulfate were studied. On the basis of the analysis on the characteristics of present main production technologies of potassium sulfate, some effective measures, such as improving the existing production method, adopting advanced production techniques and promoting energy saving measures were put forward. Additionally, how to select raw material route and method based on resource advantage from comprehensive resources utilization in China to enhance strong points and avoid weaknesses were discussed. China is rich in gypsum resources, both rich in natural gypsum mineral resources and has massive industrial by - product phosphogypsum resources. Therefore, China can focus on the development of large - scale potassium sulfate production project from phosphogypsum or gypsum ore. Meanwhile, the production technology of potassium sulfate should be improved in terms of enhancing product quality and yield, reducing the costs and implementating cleaner production technology etc..
