四方相钛酸铅陶瓷的制备及表征 被引量:2

摘要 为了获得致密的钛酸铅陶瓷,用水热法合成的纯四方相钛酸铅纳米晶作粉体原料,采用传统方法,在不同氛围和温度下进行烧结。经X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析,发现当以纯钛酸铅纳米晶作粉体原料时,即使采用传统烧结方法也可获得结构致密的纯四方相钛酸铅陶瓷,且敞口未粉埋的烧结氛围有利于陶瓷的致密化;烧结过程基本不存在氧化铅的挥发;烧结温度对钛酸铅的生长形态具有决定作用,烧结温度不同钛酸铅晶体的生长形态不同;在烧结过程中钛酸铅晶粒呈层状生长。 Dense PbTiO3 ceramics were prepared by conventional sintering method. Hydrothermally synthesized PbTiO3 nano crystals were used as starting powders. Different sintering atmospheres and temperatures were investigated. The prepared PbTiO3 ceramics phase structure was checked by X - ray diffraction ( XRD ) and the morphology was examined by scaning electron microscopy ( SEM ). The results showed that the PbTiO3 ceramics were pure dense tetragonal phase though adopting the traditional sintering method when the pure PbTiO3 nano crystals were used as the starting powders ,and the nonhermetic sintering atmosphere without PbTiO3 powder covering was conducive to the densifieation of ceramics ; there was no volatilization of PbO during the sintering process ; PbTiO3 ceramic particles grew layer upon layer in certain direction and their configuration depends strongly on the sintering temperature.
