摘要 采用钛酸酯偶联剂对沉淀碳酸钙和滑石粉进行表面改性处理,研究了改性后的沉淀碳酸钙和滑石粉的活化率和吸油值,并对钛酸酯偶联剂改性沉淀碳酸钙和滑石粉的处理工艺进行了研究。结果表明,影响改性效果的最大因素是钛酸酯偶联剂,得出钛酸酯偶联剂处理沉淀碳酸钙和滑石粉的最佳工艺条件。 The surface of precipitated CaCO3 and French white was modified by coupling agent of organic titanate. The activation rate and the DOP absorption of modified precipitated CaCO3 and French white were studied. The modification technology of precipitated CaCO3 and French white with coupling agent of organic titanate as modifier was also studied. The results showed that the biggest affected factor on modification effect was the dosage of coupling agent. And the optimum modification conditions of precipitated CaCO3 and French white were obtained.
