摘要
二氧化硅消光剂的粒径与粒度分布在亚光涂料生产中起着重要的作用,选择合理的粉碎加工技术是提高二氧化硅消光剂生产效率、节约成本、降低能耗的最重要的环节。传统的盘式气流粉碎机、流化床式气流粉碎机及普通的介质磨在粉碎二氧化硅消光剂的过程中,存在能耗高、辅助设备多、操作环境差等不足之处。结合传统振动磨粉碎二氧化硅消光剂效果比较稳定的特点,设计出一种新型的节能、环保、性能可靠的粉碎二氧化硅消光剂的粉碎设备。
The particle diameter and particle size distribution of the silica matting agent have the important effect on producing semi - gloss coating. Choosing the correct grinding technology is very important in increasing the productivity of silica matting agent, saving cost and reducing energy consumption. The traditional disc jet grinding mill, fluidized bed jet mill and general medium mill have the defects, such as high energy wasting, many assistant - equipment and bad operation environment. Combining the characteristics of traditional vibration mill which has the steady - going effect in grinding silica matting agent, a new energy - saving, environmental - friendly, performance reliable grinding equipment to grind the silica matting agent was designed.
