摘要
以历史街区的保护与发展模式为研究对象,阐述了历史街区与现代城市割裂的现状,通过对国内各种模式的理论研究与实践经验的分析,引发了对历史街区保护与发展模式的新探讨,进而提出了"链接式"保护模式及"生长型"发展模式的思路,并结合济南老城区"芙蓉街—曲水亭街街区"的实例,分别从传统街巷联系、历史与现代的衔接、空间布局、建筑及文脉处理等方面探讨了该模式的应用。
This paper takes protection and development pattern of historical block as study object, and presents the current situation of discrepancy between historical block and modern city. By analyzing the theory research and practical experience of various domestic patterns, this paper initiates a new discussion to the protection and development patterns of historical block. And it proceeds to put forward the thinking way of protection pattern of ＂link type＂ and ＂growth type＂. Finally taking ＂the Furong street-Qushuiting street block＂ of Jinan old city for example, it discusses this pattern＇ s application from perspectives of relation between traditional streets and alleys, the linkage between history and modernism, spatial arrangement and so
