摘要
从城市流域滨水区房地产过度开发的角度出发,阐释了这一现象对城市生态及环境的消极影响,指出城市流域滨水区房地产的过度开发是导致城市"水生态"、"水环境"、"景观环境"及"热岛效应"等问题加剧的主要原因之一,并就解决这一问题的对策进行了探讨,指出了立法及规划的必要性,构建城市范围"水生态"体系的必要性以及扩大环保教育与宣传的力度,加强舆论监督的必要性。并强调政府在整个过程中应当发挥主导作用。
From the perspective of excessive real estate development near the waterfront of urban river, this paper points out its negative effect on urban ecology and environment. It is concluded that the excessive real estate development near the waterfront of urban river is one of the main reasons of intensified urban problems of " Water ecology", " water environment", "landscape environment" and "heat island effect". It discusses the solution of these problems and highlights the necessity of legislative planning, of constructing "water ecology", of expanding environmental education and publicity efforts, and of strengthening media supervision. It also stresses that the government should play a leading role in this whole process.
