The Development of a New Type of Pneumatic Precision Plastic Film Mulch Planter

一种新型气吸式精量铺膜播种机集地膜覆盖、深施化肥、膜上单粒精密播种三项先进的农业技术于一体，一次性完成整形开沟、深施化肥、铺膜、膜上成穴点播、膜边及种孔覆土等多项作业工序。适于播种出芽率较高的良种玉米、棉花及豆类等大田作物。文章就该机的结构、工作原理及设计的理论依据进行讨论。

A new type of pneumatic precision plastic film mulching planter integrates three advanced cultivation techniques: covering plastic film over the seed bed, deep applying fertilizer and dropping single kernel seed into the seed bed through the hole punched on the plastic film. The functions such as seed bed levelling, furrowing, fertilizer deep applying, plastic film mulching, punching holes on the plastic film,dibbling seed through the holes on the plastic film covering earth on the both of edges of the plastic film and over the holes borne seed will be accomplished in one operation procedure. It is applicable for the seeding work of corn, cotton and soya bean etc with high seedling rate. The mechanism,principle of operation and the theoretical basis of design of this machine are discussed in this paper.
