摘要
目的研究生活饮用水消毒效果鉴定方法,以简化试验的操作程序。方法采用自行设计的定性培养法进行了液体培养基选择试验和定性培养法的应用验证试验。结果本试验配制的3种培养基对细菌生长率无显著性差异,自制培养基能满足水消毒效果鉴定试验中定性培养法要求。定性培养法和定量培养法都确定二氧化氯消毒剂对饮用水消毒最低有效剂量为0.50 mg/L作用30 min,两者结果完全一致。结论本研究自配制的培养基对大肠杆菌生长无影响,采用本设计的定性培养法可用于生活饮用水消毒鉴定试验。
Objective To simplify the testing process of drinking water disinfection efficacy test. Methods Liquid culture medium selection test and verification test for qualitative culture method were carried out by the self - designed qualitative culture method. Results The growth rate of bacteria was not significantly different between the three kinds of culture medium in the test. The self- made culture medium fulfilled the requirement of the qualitative culture method in drinking water disinfection efficacy test. It was confirmed that the minimum effective dose of chlorine dioxide disinfectant for drinking water disinfection was 0.50 mg/L with a 30 min contact time by both qualitative culture method and quantitative culture method, and the results were identical by two methods. Conclusions The selfmade medium has no influence on E. coli growth. The self - designed qualitative culure method is practicable in drinking water disinfection efficacy test.
