长链季铵盐消毒液性能观察 被引量:12

摘要 目的观察以正烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵为主要杀菌成分的1210皮肤消毒液的杀菌性能及毒性。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和现场消毒试验以及动物试验方法进行了实验室检测。结果该消毒液正烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵平均含量为4500 mg/L。以含112.5 mg/L该季铵盐消毒液,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌分别作用5 min和10 min,平均杀灭对数值均>5.0。以含225 mg/L的该季铵盐消毒液对悬液内铜绿假单胞杆菌和白色念珠菌分别作用10 min和5 min,平均杀灭对数值分别>5.0和>4.00。该消毒液对小鼠急性经口毒性LD50大于5000mg/?(体重),小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验结果均为阴性;亚急性毒性试验亦未发现异常指标;多次皮肤刺激试验显示对皮肤有轻微刺激作用。结论该长链季铵盐皮肤消毒液有良好的杀菌作用,毒性较低。 Objective To observe the bactericidal property and toxicity of 1210 skin disinfectant containing alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride as the main bactericidal ingredient. Methods Suspensions quantitative bactericidal test, on - thespot disinfection trial and animal experiment were used to carry out laboratory observation. Results The mean level of alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride in the disinfectant was 4500 mg/L. The average killing logarithm values of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli in suspension exposed to the disinfectant containing 112.5 mg/L this quaternary ammonium salt for 5 rain and 10 min respectivelly were 〉 5.00. The average killing logarithm values of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans in suspension exposed to the disinfectant containing 225 mg/L this quaternary ammonium salt for 10 min and 5 min respectively were 〉5.00 and 〉4.00. LDs0 of the oral acute toxicity of the disinfectant in mice was 〉 5000 mg/k9 ·bw. The result of mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test was negative. The indexes of subacute toxicity tests did not show abnormality. It had slight irritative effect on skin in irritation test. Conclusion The bactericidal efficacy of this skin disinfectant was satisfactory, and its toxicity was low.
