摘要
在柔性非光滑减粘脱附的自卸车模型试验基础上,通过钢链的强度试验,进行了钢链的尺寸设计,开发了二种自卸车柔性仿生减粘技术。现场应用试验结果表明,此种技术具有明显的减粘脱附效果,可使自卸车平均提高技术生产率19.4%。现场应用亦表明,自卸车柔性内衬具有加工简单,安装方便、成本低、寿命长、易维护等工程化优点。
Based on the model test of flexible bionics technology of anti adhesion to dump trucks, the experiments of strength of steel chain have been done,then the size and linking pattern of the steel hoops were defined on the basis of work features of the dump trucks and their soil adhesion procedure.Two kinds of schemes of the flexible bionics technologies of anti adhesion were designed to apply to the field tests. The results showed that the technologies take advatages of reducing adhesion and scouring soil.They can increase the average production rate of the dump trucks by 19.4 %. The results also showed that they have many engineering advantages such as simplicity in manufacture convenience in installation, long operating life, and easy in maintenance.
