摘要
村民自治是我国发展社会主义民主的重要实践。改革开放三十年来大致经历了三个阶段,在很多方面发挥着重要作用,但也存在着一些问题,深入思考能带给我们许多有益启示。
The self-governance among villagers is an important practice during that we develop socialist democracy. The self-governance among villagers has experienced three stages over the past three decades since the reform and opening-up. It has played an important role in many places, but there are still some problems. A comprehensive thought will give us lot of beneficial lessons.
