摘要
鉴于挠性摆式加速度计以往系统闭环频率特性的传统振动台测试法存在周期长、设备多等缺点,提出了基于扰动的电激励测试方法,在此基础上,给出了在回路闭合状态下,测试开环频率特性的方法,解决了以往开路状态测试时激励信号选择不当而造成对挠性杆的损伤问题;由于充油式挠性摆式加速度计表头参数的理论计算值和实际工作状态有一定的误差,研究并提出了基于频域的表头参数辨识方法,辨识结果表明,由于浮油的增质作用,导致充油后表头的挠性摆的等效转动惯量较充油前的干式加速度计的理论以及实测值有了很大的提高。
Because the traditional vibration table test method of closed-loop frequency characteristic has the disadvantages of long period and complicated equipments, the method of electric stimulation test is given. Based on this, the method of open-loop frequency characteristic test is given in the state of closed-loop operation, which solves the problem of damaging the flexible bar in the state of open-loop test. Because the error exists between the real working parameter and calculated value of flexible pendulum accelerometer (FPA), the method of frequency domain identification of FPA is presented. The result shows that the moment of inertia of flexible pendulum is improved by the effect of "the equivalent mass" of floating fluid.
