摘要
电子政务系统本身的重要性和特殊性决定了网络和信息安全是否成功实施电子政务的首要条件,但安全问题一直是制约电子政务发展的瓶颈问题。论文从电子政务网络系统的特点入手,分析了网络系统受到的威胁和可能采取的安全措施,提出建立综合安全保障体系,进行统一安全平台管理是解决问题的有效途径。
With the significance and particularity of E-Government, the security of E-Government network system has become the essentisal factor for its success. However the security problem has always been the bottleneck restricting the development of e-government. This article, beginning with the features of e-government network system, analyzes the threat to the network system and the possible security measures, and then brings forward the effective approaches to construction of security-guard system and application of integrated security management platform.
