当今社会,服务业对国民经济的贡献越来越大,已成为增加就业和结构调整的"主角",成为创业型城市建设的主导产业。顺应这一发展趋势的要求,更新发展观念、促进服务业特别是现代服务业的发展已成政府的共识。通过对服务业地位转变这一趋势的分析、论证,预测其对就业、创业型城市建设的促进作用,为地方政府的决策提供方法支持和政策建议。

Today, in the society, the contribution of the services industry, which has become the ＂leading role＂ on increasing employment and restructuring of the economy, for the national economy has been more and more, turning to be one of a dominant industries on building of an entrepreneurs - oriented city. In response to this trend, it has been the consensus for the government to renew the concept of development and promote the service sector, in particular, the modern service industry development. Based on the analysis of changing trend in status of the service industry, the point is to forecast the positive influence on employment and the building of a Entrepreneurship - oriented City and offer policy recommendations for the local government.
