摘要
提出了处理高浓度(几百~几千ppm)十二烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)溶液的泡沫分离-活性炭吸附流程。采用间歇吸附器,实验确定了溶液中LAS在三种工业活性炭上吸附的平衡关系,它们均可由Freund-lich吸附等温式表示;并通过对各种影响吸附平衡的因素,如溶液浓度、pH、温度、协同效应等研究,筛选出了适宜的活性炭作为固定床吸附剂,从而进一步确定了LAS溶液于不同操作条件下(如床高、水流方式、进料液浓度)在固定床上的透过行力。
A hybrid process of Foam Fractionation-Actived Carbon Adsorption in Liquid Phase to treat high concentration (several hundred ppm~several thousand ppm) detergent wastewater was developed. Using a batch adsorber the equilibrium relationship of adsorption of LAS in solutions on three actived carbons, which can be expressed by the isotherm of Freundlich, was experimentally determined. With the studies of various factors affecting the adsorptive equilibrium, such as concentration in the solutions, pH, solution temperatue, synergistic effect etc., an available attired carbon was selected as an adsorbent in fixed bed. Therefore, the behaviour of LAS solution in the fixed bed at different operating parameters such as the height of the fixed bed, stream styles, feed concentration was also studied.
