摘要
目的探讨影响门诊精神分裂症患者服药依从性的相关因素。方法采用自编药物依从性调查问卷,对门诊436例精神分裂症患者药物依从性的相关因素进行调查分析。结果门诊精神分裂症患者对药物完全依从者占40.6%,部分依从占43.6%,不依从占15.8%。患者的服药依从性因一般资料、家庭因素、患者自知力及用药情况的不同而存在差异(均P<0.05)。总体而言,年龄较长、已婚、文化程度高、病程相对较长、患者自知力好、家庭经济状况好、家庭成员对患者进行适当的干预和了解精神分裂症的相关知识、采用新型抗精神病药物及用药不良反应小的患者的服药依从性相对较高。结论注重治疗药物的选择,给予患者适当的家庭支持,加强对患者及其照顾者的健康教育,有助于提高患者的服药依从性。
Objective To explore the influential factors of the drug-taking compliance of schizophrenic outpatients. Method Self-designed questionnaire was adopted to investigate the drug compliance among 436 outpatients with schizophrenia. Results Full compliance, partial compliance and non-compliance accounted for 40.6%, 43.6% and 15.8%, respectively. Drugtaking compliance was related to age, education, marriage status, illness course, severity, drug and side effects, economic conditions and awareness of disease of family members. Conclusion In order to enhance the drug-taking compliance, we should focus on the choice of drug, provide the patients with adequate family support and strengthen the health education for the patients and their caregivers.
