慢性血液透析患者动静脉内瘘的护理

目的探讨慢性血液透析患者动静脉内瘘的护理经验。方法回顾性分析和总结29例内瘘寿命超过10年的慢性血液透析患者静脉内瘘的护理经验。结果本组29例,内瘘寿命超过10年。10～15年有14例(48.3%);超过15年有12例(41.4%);超过20年有3例(10.3%)。结论严密观察病情,做好内瘘的早期护理和使用过程中内瘘的保护,并指导、督促患者保护内瘘,对维护动静脉内瘘的使用寿命,保证患者的血液透析质量具有积极的作用。

Objective To explore the protection of internal arteriovenous fistula in patients undergoing chronic hemotedialysis. Method A retrospective analysis was conducted to conclude the experience in protecting the internal arteriovenous fistula in 29 patients surviving for over 10 year from hemotodialysis. Result All the 29 patients survived for more than 10 years： 14 of them for 10-15 years （48.3%）, 12 for 15 years （41.4%） and 3 for 20 years （10.3%）. Conclusion Such measures as close observation of disease conditions, early nursing and protection of internal arteriovenous fistula, supervising and urging the patients to protect them are active for the assurance of high quality hemotodialysis.
