摘要
目的探讨多媒体课件在牙周病患者健康教育中的应用方法及观察其效果。方法将100例确诊为慢性牙周病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组按常规方法给予健康教育,观察组采用多媒体课件进行健康教育,并比较两组患者知识知晓率和治疗依从性情况。结果两组患者健康教育前知识知晓率和治疗依从性比较,均P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。两组患者健康教育后知识知晓率和治疗依从性比较,均P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论多媒体课件在牙周病患者健康教育中的应用,能使患者更好地、正确地认识牙周病相关知识,从而提高患者的治疗依从性。
Objective To investigate the application and effect of compute-assisted instruction (CAI) in the health education on chronic periodontitis. Methods 100 patients with chronic periodontitis were randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group. Routine health education was used in the control group and the CAI was used in the observation group. The rate of knowing the knowledge and curative compliance were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in the rate of knowing the knowledge and treatment compliance between the two groups before health education (P 〉 0.05). But after education, the differences between the groups were significant (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion Patients with chronic periodontitis know more about periodonfitis and have better compliance for the dental treatment after the use of CAI in health education.
