专人术前访视对手术患者心理状态的影响

目的观察专人术前访视对手术患者心理状态的影响。方法对231例术前患者由专人负责进行术前访视。并比较访视前后患者心理状态情况。结果访视前后患者心理状态情况比较,均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论专人术前访视使患者了解手术情况,对降低患者负性情绪的发生具有一定的作用。

Objective To observe the effect of preoperative visit on the mental station of patients. Methods The visits on 230 patients were arranged by appointed nurses. The pre-and post-visit mental stations were compared. Result The difference was significant between pre-and post-visit mental conditions of the patients. Conclusion Preoperative visits may render comfort so that the patients understand the operative conditions and it works to lower the negative motions in them.
