摘要
通过自然光温鉴定,连续3a对安农810S的起点温度进行提纯试验,有效地防止了安农810S起点温度“漂变”现象的发生。分析了利用海南三亚2月中、下旬自然光温条件进行光温敏核不育系起点温度提纯的可行性,提出了通过自然光温鉴定进行起点温度提纯和核心种子生产的技术策略。
The experiment on purification of the critical sterility inducing temperature (CSIT) of Annong 810S, a photo-thermo-sensitive genic male sterile (PTGMS) line in rice, was conducted during 1995~1997 under natural conditions. The results showed that the phenomenon of CSIT shift of Annong 810S was effectively controlled by successive purification for three years, which suggests that it is feasible to purify PTGMS lines in CSIT under the natural conditions of fluctuating relatively low temperature at Sanya, Hainan in the second and third ten days of February. The technical procedure for purifying PTGMS lines in CSIT and producing core seeds was put forward and discussed by way of fertility identification under certain natural conditions of photoperiod and temperature.
