摘要
分析了塑料齿轮拔杆的成型工艺和引起拔杆收缩变形及强度低的失效原因。提出了采用定型棒对制品进行定型,以补偿拔杆的收缩变形;通过改进浇口位置来调整玻璃纤维在制品中的取向,使拔杆受力方向与玻璃纤维方向平行的方法,从而消除了拔杆因强度不够所引起的失效。
This paper has conducted an analysis of the molding technics of the plastic gear shift rod, and discovered the disabled reason which causes deformation and contraction of gear shift rod is the low intensity of plastic substance, and put forward a new method with which stereotypes stick is applied to the products to compensate for the contraction and deformation of gear shift rod. Further more, the nozzle location has been improved to adjust the direction of the fiberglass in the products, so the forced motion direction is parallel to the direction of the fiberglass. In this way, the disabled factor caused by the low intensity of the plastic gear shift rod is ehminated.
