摘要
工业锅炉汽包水位高度,关系着汽水分离的速度和生产蒸汽的质量,对锅炉汽包水位的检测控制可以保证燃烧更加充分,以达到经济燃烧的目的。文章对锅炉汽包水位三冲量调节控制系统进行了分析,介绍了一种锅炉汽包水位检测的典型回路组态方案。该方案提供4个组态策略:热容量与炉排的闭环调节、煤层厚度调节、逻辑提降调节、模糊自寻优调节,通过燃烧调节,使燃烧供热适应负荷的需要,以维持稳定的气压,保证锅炉燃烧过程的稳定性和经济性,为提高燃烧效率提供了一个可行的方案。
The height of the water level in a boiler drum is related to the speed of water-steam separation and the steam quality. The monitoring and control of the water level in a boiler drum will ensure the burning more efficiently and economically. This article makes an analysis of the three momentum control systems, and introduces a typical circuit group status scheme for the detection of bubble water level in a boiler. The scheme offers four group status strategies: Closed ring adjust of heat capacity and furnace emission, coal seam thickness adjust, logical rising and descending adjust, and fuzzy self best searching adjust. Through burning adjust, the burning heat addition will be adapted to the requirement of the load, and the steam pressure will be maintained stable, ensuring a stable and economical burning course. This scheme offers a possible solution to improve the burning efficiency.
