摘要
介绍了光生等离子体的物理概念,说明了一种由激光二极管构成的光生等离子体光源的设计方法。分析了激光二极管的光强分布函数,提出了一种激光二极管照射阵列方案,计算了该阵列在被照面上的光照度,并用计算机模拟计算了该阵列在不同数目激光二极管和不同照射距离下的照射结果,模拟结果表明该照射阵列有均匀的照射效果。最后文章总结了不同数目激光二极管构成的照射阵列和不同照射距离对被照面光照均匀性及光照强度的影响。
This article introduces the physical concept of photo-induced plasma, illustrates a designing method of photo - induced plasma source composed of laser diode, analyzes the light intensity distribution function of laser diode, proposes a scheme for one kind of laser diode irradiation array, calculates the light intensity of the array upon the irradiated surface, and stimulates the different irra- diation result of this array when the number of laser diodes is changed, and their distance from the surface is altered, which shows this array has uniform light intensity distribution. Finally, it summarizes how the number of laser diodes in a source, and their distance from the irradiated surface, affects the light uniformity and intensity.
