摘要
利用4个不同抗性水平的长豇豆品种,配制杂交组合,采用成株期田间自然发病鉴定F1、F2、B1C1、B1C2杂种抗性的方法,研究了长豇豆抗锈病的遗传。结果表明,抗病品种白荚和紫荚对锈病的抗性各受一个显性基因控制。
Four yardlongbean Vigna sesquipedalis (L. ) Furwirth lines with different resistance to rust ( Uromyces vignae Barcl) were used to make populations of F 1、F 2、BC 1 and BC 2,and resistance identification in these populations by natural infestation in field was conducted to explore the inheritance in yardlongbean to rust. The results revealed that the resistance of the resistant line Zijia and Baijia were controlled by a single dominant gene respectively.
