摘要 采用微分电位溶出和标准加入法l测定血清中锌的含量。结果表明,峰高与浓度之间呈良好线性关系。空白液和样品回归曲线相关系数r分别为0.9898和0.9937,重复实验变异系数(CV)为3.47%,加标回收率93.14%~107.42%。该方法具有操作简便、测定快速、灵敏度高、稳定性好等显著优点,适合用于测定血清中锌的含量。 To determine Zn in serum by diferential potentiometric stripping analysis method and standard addition method. The analytical results showed that good linear relationship was obtained between the peak height and concentration. The correlation coefficients of regression curve for blank solution and samples were 0. 9898 and 0. 9937 separately. The coefficient of variation (CV) of reproducibility was 3.47% and the average recovery was 93.14 % - 107.42 %. The method had the advantage of simplicity, quickness, sensitivity and stability, especially effective in determination of Zn in serum.
